Customer Returns / Refund
All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RMA).
This number can be obtained by contacting Customer Service.
Products can be returned if unused or unopened within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are given using the original form of payment. Shipping and return shipping is not included.
Please note that some products are subject to a restocking fee as well. See the Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Cost section for complete details.
It is strongly suggested that Customers purchase insurance on the return shipment. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, the return will not be accepted.
It is also suggested Customers get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure WellnessEvolutions.com receives the package. WellnessEvolutions.com is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process.
Returns may be rejected on individual circumstances.
The 30-Day Limited Warranty
In order to get a full refund (original shipping or return shipping is not included), the product must be returned in its original packaging and in new, unused condition within 30 days.
If there is any sign of usage, including hair, dirt, and other debris, the return will not be accepted for any type of refund or store credit. Please note that all returns are carefully inspected by the Returns Department.
Items received beyond the eligibility date will be discarded and credit will not be issued.
For any rejected return, the Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost if the Customer would like the product returned.
Our office only holds on to rejected returns for 30 days. Items that are not requested to be returned to the Customer within 30 days will be discarded and credit will not be issued.
